Gluten Free Tacos with Poblano Peppers

Tacos are almost a no brainer for camping. They are so easy and can fill a hardy appetite that brought on by so much fresh air. The one thing that I recommend to put your standard taco over the top: fire roasted poblano peppers. My mouth is watering just thinking about them.

If you are not the outdoorsy type, you can try this at home. I highly recommend it!

Simply take a couple clean poblano peppers and roast them until blackened over a campfire, BBQ or in the oven. Remove skin (optional), stem and seeds. Chop, slice or eat those babies whole. Add to tacos, eggs, fajitas, hamburgers, chili or whatever. Enjoy!
