When I travel it use to seemed that all I could eat was lettuce. So, I went on a lettuce free kick and ended up with this salad. It is now a staple in my house (and I mean staple equals a few times a week). I hope you love it as much as we do.
Gluten/Wheat Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy Free, Kid Friendly
1/2 to 1 bosc pear per person
1/2 to 1 avocado per person
handful of walnuts
seasoned rice wine vinegar
Slice or dice the pear and avocado, sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with oil & vinegar. Easy and ready to enjoy!
