Boursin Cheese Stuffed Peppadews possess a sweet, spicy, and surprising taste that is simply delicious! (Don’t bother saying that 3 times fast instead just pop on in your mouth, it will speak for itself.) Usually my husband eats these faster than I can stuff. a container of fresh peppadews (found in the olive bar)
1 package of Boursin Cheese -Garlic & Fine Herbs
Drain the peppadews. With a small spoon scoop up chunks of the cheese to insert in the peppadews. Make sure you have a towel on hand to keep hands clean (I have tried several ways of stuffing these, but none of them proved to be neater than the other) and wipe away any cheese that is on the outside of the pepper. Can be made a day or two ahead. Enjoy!
