Beautiful and tasty, candied lemons are a delectable garnish for all sorts of desserts. You can also eat them on their own or dipped in chocolate. Recently, I made some as a topper for my gluten free lemon filled cupcakes.
I have spent the last few years standing, nose pressed to the glass, at the pastry counter dreamily eyeing beautiful cream puffs and heavenly custard filled eclairs. But now I have a divine gluten free cream puff/eclair recipe to put those other ones to shame!
(We also ate it as a sauce on chicken, a topping to eggs and pretty much anything we could put it on.)

My favorite mushroom lady happened to have this yummy recipe for mushrooms, asparagus and peas printed out. It was perfect (both the fact I had already purchased all the ingredients and the dish itself)!
